Our core principle
We design our apps to collect as little data as possible. Where practical, data stays on your device and is never transmitted to us.

Our published apps are designed with the following defaults:
- No Byrneout account or registration required to use core features
- No collection of personal identifiers (name, email, phone) through the apps for advertising
- No advertising identifiers or tracking for advertising purposes
- No analytics SDKs that report usage to third-party advertisers
- No sale of personal data
Information stored on your device
Classic Solitaire may store game progress, preferences, themes, and statistics locally on your device. Optional Game Center features, when you choose to use them, are provided by Apple under Apple’s privacy terms.
ShowLedger — Classic stores show files (for example .showledger documents), preferences, and related production data locally on your Mac. This data remains under your control and is not uploaded to Byrneout servers unless you explicitly share or export it yourself.

If you email us (for example at info@byrneouttech.com) or contact us through the website, we receive the information you choose to provide solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
App Store and platform data
When you download or purchase our apps through the Apple App Store or Mac App Store, Apple may collect certain information according to Apple’s privacy policy. Byrneout does not control Apple’s data practices. We may receive limited, aggregated, or anonymized sales and download reports from Apple that do not identify individual users.
Children’s privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently received such information, contact us and we will delete it.
Data security
Because our apps primarily keep data on-device, security depends largely on your device and any backups you create. Keep your device updated and use a passcode or biometric lock.
